Gym Rentals

Reservations:
*Sporting event gym rental fees are $50 per hour. 
*If use of the gym is for an event other than sporting events, the gym floor must be covered.  The floor covering will be put in place by Holy Spirit and the fee for this service is $75 and includes removing the cover after the event.  Renter agrees to sweep the debris off the covering and mop up spills after use of the facility.
*Rentals for things other than sporting events require a deposit of $100.  Refund of deposit will be made after the facility is inspected for damage. 
*When making a reservation, renters must be 21 years of age or older and assume full responsibility and supervision for all individuals entering in the gym via their keypad code.  Individuals are not to be entering any other part of the building.  Loss of privileges to use the facility is at stake.
*Leaving the gym in the same condition as when you arrived.  All tables, chairs, etc. can be used, but must be returned to their original condition.  Any decorations (which must be approved before putting them up) must also be removed.  No nailing, stapling, etc., of any decorations is permitted.  All cleaning, including sweeping, vacuuming and removal of trash is the responsibility of the user.  If room(s) is/are to be in satisfactory condition after usage of the facilities, a $100.00 refund will be mailed to you.  An additional Maintenance Fee of $100.00 will be accessed to groups of 80 or more.  A garbage collection fee may be accessed to groups 250 or more.  A $10.00 fee per day will be assessed if the lights are left on.

Accessibility: 
*After paying for gym rental, renter will be emailed an access code.
*Access code holders shall not loan their security code access to any other individual.
*Entrance to the gym must be accessed through the West door of the school.
*Access keypad code holders are responsible for re-securing all doors and shall not prop open or disable any doors.
*If rental is during school hours, renters must access the gym through the school office and check in with the school administrator.

Rules & Regulations:
*Only clean gym shoes are allowed to be used on the gym floor.  Shoes worn outside (including shoes worn in from your vehicle) are NOT considered gym shoes.
*Renter is prohibited from having alcohol at their event.
*Wisconsin state law prohibits tobacco use on any public or parochial school property.
*Firearms are prohibited in the school.
*No rental of facilities on Sunday mornings prior to noon.  
*There is no prorated refund if the rental group does not use the facility for the full rental time.
